If you are like me when I was trying to become an officer, I had an endless amount of people who “knew a guy” and was always directed to talk to them about my career goals. All I got from that was a few words of encouragement and the classic “Don’t do it, be a fireman” joke. Everyone I talked to never got me any closer to knowing how to actually start the process of becoming a police officer. I designed this program because it is exactly what I wish I had available to me when I was starting out. The coaching we provide is based on recent experience and learning the hard way the “Do’s and Don’ts” of a Law Enforcement hiring process. I made the mistakes and took several years to reach my goal, and now my mission is to prevent you from doing the same! This program is for real people who really care and are looking for the edge to get ahead of the competition and get their dream job!
What to expect
Once a student you will:
Be granted the student role in the Discord server
Be scheduled for a one-on-one meet and greet with an instructor
Receive help constructing cover letters and resume
Be notified of job openings in your desired area of employment
Receive assistance with applications
Be scheduled for a one-on-one practice interview with many different styles of interviews used by agencies across the country
Receive helpful tips to make you stand out during your interviews
Be prepared for proper completion of background packets that leave a good impression on background investigators
Receive advice and preparation for physical tests (PT Tests)
Become mentally prepared for Police Academy life
Receive moral support from server members throughout your academy experience
